Why is the C1 Pro equipped with a chain guard?
The fully enclosed chain guard effectively prevents trouser legs or skirt hems from getting caught, while also reducing mud and sand erosion and extending the life of the transmission system.
Is assembly required?
The bike arrives 90% pre-assembled.
Will there be safety risks with the battery?
Our battery is CE certified, so there are no issues with everyday use. However, it's advisable to avoid placing it near sources of fire or other hazardous areas. Additionally, all our vehicle batteries and accessories are rated IPX6 for water resistance, meaning they can operate even in rainy weather. Nevertheless, for safety reasons, it's best not to use them in rainy conditions.
Can I ride the e-bike in the rain?
Absolutely. Our e-bikes feature an IPX6 waterproof rating, providing high-level protection against powerful water jets. This ensures reliable performance during rainy rides or in damp conditions. However, for your safety and to extend the vehicle's lifespan, we recommend avoiding deep standing water and suggest wiping down the battery connection points after riding in the rain.
Do I need to pay for shipping?
No, we offer Free Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees—the price you see is the price you pay.
Are there any taxes on e-bike purchases?
No, you do not need to pay any sales tax. All our e-bikes are Tax-Free, and we cover all necessary tax costs for you.
Where do you ship from? How long does shipping take?
We ship directly from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery typically takes 2-8 business days.
What are the channels for shipment?
Usually DPD/FedEx/DHL, we may choose other shipping channels according to the situation in remote areas.
What should I do if have an after-sales problem?

The time for processing your refund depends on the status of your order:
