Are EAZION e-bikes certified?
Yes. All EAZION e-bikes are CE certified and comply with the EN15194 standard for electric bicycles in Europe.
Can I ride an EAZION e-bike in the rain?
Yes. Our e-bikes are rated IPX4 water-resistant and can be ridden in light rain. However, for your safety and to extend the lifespan of the bike, we do not recommend riding in heavy rain or extremely wet conditions.
How long is the warranty period for EAZION e-bikes?
Our e-bikes come with a 1-year warranty. For more details, please refer to our warranty policy.
Can I pay in installments when purchasing an e-bike?
Yes. We support installment payments through Klarna.
How long will it take to receive my order after placing it?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed, and delivery typically takes 2–8 business days. Delays may occur due to logistics issues, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Do I need to pay shipping fees or taxes when purchasing an e-bike?
No. There are no hidden fees when purchasing our e-bikes. The price you see is the final price you pay.
Do EAZION e-bikes require assembly?
Our e-bikes come mostly pre-assembled. Only a few simple installation steps are required before your first ride.
Is the battery removable?
Yes. The battery is removable, allowing you to easily take it out for charging anytime and anywhere.
Where are EAZION e-bikes shipped from?
Our e-bikes are shipped directly from our Germany warehouse.
