1. Information Provided by You

  • Account Information: To create an account, we require a name, email address, and phone number. You may optionally provide further information such as an avatar, nickname, region, date of birth, height, weight, and gender.

  • Order Information: We require certain information when users order products on our platforms, including recipient name, delivery address, recipient phone number, email address, ordered items, and billing address.

  • Payment Information: Payment details including payment method, card type and number (for card payments), Klarna account, or PayPal account.

  • Customer Support: When contacting support, we require basic info such as name, contact details, and order/service ID. We also process the content of the communication, including images or videos voluntarily provided.

2. Automatically Generated and Collected Information

  • Device Information: IP address, device model, app version, resolution, browser, operating system, system language, Google account (if applicable), country, and precise location data.

  • Bicycle Information: Bicycle ID and current battery capacity.

  • Smart Connect Module Information: IoT data including precise location of the bike, signal information, battery status, flow status, usage records, and activation time.

  • Riding Information: Details on distance, duration, speed, start/end times, frequency, health data, and achievements.

  • Logs: Operation, device, and riding information processed as logs.

  • Order/Payment Generation: Automatically generated order numbers, payment methods, amounts, and currencies.

  • Membership Program: User ID, activity titles, and points calculations.
