Shipping Policy
1. Where do we deliver our e-bikes?
Our delivery area covers the entire federal territory of Germany.
2. How much are the shipping costs?
Due to varying fees from logistics service providers, shipping costs vary depending on the model and the destination region.
3. How long does delivery take and how can I track it?
We make every effort to deliver the goods on the date agreed upon by us. If no date has been agreed, delivery will take place within 30 days after acceptance of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.
4. What should you do if you have received the wrong product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if you notice discrepancies in quantity or quality between the delivered goods and the information in the order confirmation or invoice, please take clear photos of the situation. Contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. We will review the case and make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue for you.
5. Which courier service is used and what is the delivery time?
We ship our e-bikes via DHL / FedEx / DPD to the destination.

6. Force Majeure and special circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, unpredictable traffic disruptions, roadworks, diversions, mechanical defects, unforeseen production delays, or delays from third-party providers), we may not be able to deliver the goods within the specified timeframes. We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused in whole or in part by such circumstances. In such cases, an alternative delivery date will be agreed upon. Special circumstances such as high order volumes, new product launches, or restock days can also lead to longer delivery times. In these cases, we will indicate this on the product page and send a corresponding email notification.
7. What happens if products are lost during shipping?
If the ordered goods do not reach the specified address (provided the address was correct) or are lost during shipping, we reserve the right to conduct a comprehensive investigation and inquiry, which may take up to 30 days. Within this period, we reserve the right to withhold a full refund or the re-shipment of the same product. We will consistently inform you of the progress and results of the investigation, based on which appropriate measures will be taken.
