Warranty Policy

I. Warranty Method

1.  Parts Replacement Priority: To minimize your waiting time, we generally replace defective parts with brand-new components instead of conducting lengthy repairs.

2.  Universal Coverage: All customers who purchase our products directly through our official online storefront are entitled to the exact same high standard of warranty service.

3.  100% Covered Defect Logistics: Components that meet the structural warranty conditions outlined on this page will be fully replaced and shipped at absolutely no cost to the buyer.

4.  Out-of-Warranty Support: Parts not covered by the standard warranty, or those past their warranty period, can still be sourced, repaired, or replaced at competitive component and shipping rates. For specific cost estimates, please contact our support team at eu.service@eazion.com.

5.  Exclusion of Incidental Damages: Any external, third-party expenses incurred during a repair or parts-replacement period (including but not limited to alternative transportation rentals, fuel costs, public transit, or taxi fees) are strictly outside the scope of this warranty.

II. Lifetime Technical Support

1.  Expert Solutions: Our specialized technical engineers provide professional, customized diagnostics and remote solutions for complex mechanical or electrical issues.

2.  One-to-One Assistance: A dedicated customer service representative will be assigned to your ticket to handle all your inquiries and provide personalized, consistent assistance from start to finish.

3.  Perpetual Eligibility: This diagnostic support service remains completely free and available to the original purchaser for the entire lifespan of the product, regardless of whether the vehicle is within its formal warranty window. (Note: After the formal parts warranty expires, customers are only responsible for the cost of the replacement components and associated shipping).

III. Warranty Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for free warranty service under this policy, all of the following criteria must be satisfied:

1.  The product must have been purchased directly from our official storefront.

2.  The affected components must still be within their specific warranty duration window (see the comprehensive table in Section V).

3.  The core issue must be definitively attributed to an inherent manufacturing defect or material quality issue.

4.  Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (such as your official store Order Number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided to verify ownership.

IV. Warranty Exclusions

The standard warranty is explicitly voided, and will not apply under the following circumstances:

1.  Damage resulting from a failure to assemble, operate, or maintain the vehicle in strict accordance with the provided user manual.

2.  Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, structural impacts, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or user error.

3.  Damage to consumable wear-and-tear parts (such as brake pads or tires) occurring during standard operational usage, or parts provided to the customer free of charge as promotional items.

4.  Neglecting to timely maintain or replace worn consumable components, directly causing subsequent damage or failure to other major vehicle assemblies.

5.  Bicycles that have undergone unauthorized aftermarket modifications, electrical tampering, or alterations that do not match original factory specifications.

6.  Damage sustained through overloading, commercial fleet use, stunt riding, jumping, or riding over extreme obstacles (including but not limited to stairs, drop-offs, or competitive sports).

7.  Damage caused by unavoidable force majeure events (including fire, lightning strikes, flooding, earthquakes, or catastrophic weather anomalies).

8.  Products or components whose specified warranty coverage window has fully expired.

9.  This warranty is granted exclusively to the original purchaser and is strictly non-transferable to subsequent owners.

V. Warranty Periods by Component

The warranty duration begins automatically on the confirmed date of logistics delivery.

● The exact product model name, color, and your frame's serial number (if visible).

● A clear, descriptive summary of the technical failure.

● High-resolution photographs or a clear video clip clearly demonstrating the component defect or functional anomaly.

2. Submit Your Claim

Send all compiled information and media attachments to our official service desk: eu.service@eazion.com.

3. Review and Resolution
