Return and Refund Policy
1 Overview
1.1 If you are a consumer, i.e., if you do not purchase our products as part of your business, trade, or professional activity and make the purchase through our official website EAZION-DE, you may return the purchased products without giving a reason.
1.2 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have fourteen (14) days after receiving your item to request a return.
1.3 To enable a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you have lost the original packaging, we can send you new packaging for approximately €150. We strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging for 14 days after receipt.
1.4 To initiate the return process, you must contact EAZION customer service within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product(s) and inform them of your decision to return. The return will not be processed if you do not contact EAZION customer service or if the 14-day period has expired. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase and photos of the product(s) in the original packaging. A return will only be granted if you provide this evidence. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
1.5 Depending on your location and situation, we recommend returning the products by mail, handing them over to a carrier commissioned by us (you may have to drop them off at the courier station yourself), or by other means. Please follow the instructions provided by customer service. In the case of a return by mail, please send the products back to the address specified by customer service within fourteen (14) days from the day you informed us of your decision to return. The deadline is met if you dispatch the products before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired. If you hand the products over to a carrier, we will arrange a collection date with you.
1.6 Please note that you will bear the shipping costs for the return of the products for your own reasons. Depending on the type of return, you must bear the costs of the return yourself or we will cover the costs of the return and deduct the costs from the refund. If the delivered goods are damaged or incorrect and this is due to our fault, no return costs will be incurred by the consumer.

2 Damages and Defects
2.1 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
3 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
3.1 Used products and gift orders can only be returned if they are faulty.
3.2 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
4 Exchanges
4.1 To ensure you get what you want, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5 Refunds
5.1 After receiving the return, we will inspect it for any damage, contamination, wear, or missing parts. If such occurrences are found, the loss in value of the returned goods will be determined and deducted from the refund.
5.2 Within fourteen (14) days after receiving the returned goods or after providing proof of the return of the goods (whichever is earlier), we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We will refund all payments we received from you for the purchase, minus any reduction in value and/or delivery costs where applicable.
6 Order Cancellation
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of purchase and provided with a tracking number (excluding public holidays). Customers can cancel their order at any time as long as the goods have not yet been shipped.
7 Refund Duration
Refunds are processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Return Instructions

Individual Unit Returns: For standard parcel returns, the item can be sent back using the same logistics provider that was used for the original delivery.

Large Items (Truck Delivery): For oversized items requiring truck freight, a home pickup is standard. Please coordinate a suitable pickup time with the customer first. Once a time is agreed upon, please confirm with us so that we can schedule the logistics provider for the pickup accordingly.
